What should a Twin Falls business put on a 9×12 mailer ad?
An anatomy for a single shared-mailer panel that a local business can hand a designer without guessing.
1. Specific offer, stated in numbers
'Save money' does nothing. '$25 off any repair over $200' or 'Free appetizer with any two entrées' gives the reader a decision to make. Numbers, dollar amounts or specific items always beat adjectives.
2. One piece of proof
Choose the single strongest piece of evidence and drop everything else: a photo of finished work, a review star count with source, or a fact like 'family-owned in Twin Falls since 2004'. Multiple proof elements dilute each other on a small panel.
3. A deadline
'Expires 9/30/26' creates urgency and gives you a natural report window. Open-ended offers underperform.
4. Redemption instructions
Say exactly how to use it: 'Mention code TF-AUG26 at checkout' or 'Bring this coupon to redeem'. Vague redemption kills conversion at the register.
5. Identity: name, phone, address
Business name, phone number, physical address (if applicable) and website. If a reader has to work to figure out who you are, they don't.
